Health + Safety Precautions for our Clients and Employees at Beautiology

The health of our clients and our employees is our priority and we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you're visiting with us. We've followed the COVID-19 operations guidelines from the federal, state, and local governments to create an environment that's safe for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we implement these new practices.


Here are some of the updates we’ve made:

• Requiring face coverings for clients and employees.

• We ask that guests arrive at their appointments alone.

• Conducting temperature checks for our employees and requiring them to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.

• Educating our employees about the symptoms and prevention of COVID-19.

• Asking clients and employees and clients if they are sick, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, to stay at home.

• With our touch-less infrared thermometer, we will take each client’s temperature upon arrival. Clients will not be serviced if their temperatures are above 99°F - cancellation fees will apply.

 • All clients will be required to answer screening questions prior to their appointment and will be given a temperature check with a no-contact thermometer upon entering the spa. Temperatures above 99.4°F will be turned away. Our staff will be following the same protocol.

• Implementing sanitation stations with hand sanitizer throughout the studio and spa.

• Taking steps to allow for the social distancing of six feet or more, including limiting the number of employees and clients.

• Limiting contact with clients in treatment room - up to therapist’s discretion.

• Maintaining physical distance, and limiting physical contact, during the shopping and checkout process.

• Suspending the use of testers and sampling temporarily to maintain hygienic standards.

• Suspending food and beverage services.

• Limiting hours of operation to allow time for additional sanitization and cleaning.

• Additional PPE / COVID-19 fees may apply.

• Encouraging contactless + cashless payment options. 


We will continue to offer Virtual Consultations via Zoom or FaceTime, which will be the recommended option for guests who have questions regarding home care and product use or do not feel comfortable to return back to us just yet!
