Oat Milk

BREAKFAST CHOCOLATE

This bar reminds us of homemade granola covered in chocolate; it could be breakfast, but it could also be dessert. Cane sugar-free. Cacao from Semuliki Forest in Uganda brings fruity cocoa notes, while gluten-free oat flour creates the cookie bite. We sweeten this bar with maple sugar for a rounded, warm finish. At 58% cacao, this is one of our signature dark milk chocolates; sweet and creamy but still cacao forward and 100% vegan.

Bourbon Cask Aged

THE TUXEDOED SOPHISTICATE

We age single origin Tanzanian cacao in bourbon casks for two months, creating a deeply nuanced bar with a cocktail-like vibe: oaky and smooth, with a hint of cherry cordial on the finish.

Pink Sea Salt

A ROCK SOLID CLASSIC

A fruity, complex salted dark chocolate to end all salted dark chocolates. Made with single origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm and fermentary within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, and sprinkled with Peruvian pink salt sourced from Salt of the Earth Co. We think New York Magazine said it best: this bar has a “deep, dark, mysterious flavor with hints of cherry; and a finish as long as a David Foster Wallace footnote.”

Matcha Swirl

MATCHA CHOCO-LATTE

We mixed Rishi Tea's robust organic matcha from Kagoshima, Japan into our vegan coconut white chocolate, then swirled it into a 71% dark for a creamy and vibrant visual (and edible!) feast.
