Who Beautiology May Not Be For

Beautiology won't be the right workplace for everyone, and that's okay. This environment may not be the right fit if you're looking for a traditional pampering-spa environment, prefer to work completely independently of team standards, are uncomfortable discussing home care or rebooking, resist feedback or accountability, or simply want somewhere to perform services and go home. We're an education-first skincare studio. Our clients come to us for expertise, guidance, consistency, and results. Our team has to believe in that responsibility too.
