Memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months and can be canceled at any time after this period, provided written notice is received 30 days in advance of the monthly billing date.

Your credit card number and email address are required for participation in the program. Your credit card will be kept securely on file with our booking software and will be charged with the amount contracted on the first day of each month.

If your card cannot be charged for any reason your membership will be suspended and a $10 fee will be charged each past due day until you provide a new card or your existing card can be charged.

• Individual services may be gifted to a friend or family for a usage fee ranging from $20-$30.
• However, you can only transfer to the same individual 1 time every 6 months.
• Full membership and associated benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Sorry, that's not possible. Your monthly self-care benefit must be redeemed within the month of the billing date, as all benefits rest monthly. This will ensure that you have the best results possible.

• Discounts and additional benefits offered to members do not roll over and can only be used while membership is fully paid and in good standing.

• Appointments made in advance must be canceled within 12 hours (instead of 24 hours - a secret membership perk) or the appointment will be considered a used treatment.

Yes, you can freeze your membership once per year (after the first 3 months), for a maximum of three months. All you need to do is submit a Membership Freeze Request form.
