Refund policy

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for services, products, or gift cards purchased in the studio or online from Beautiology.  

Returns of Face Reality or Glymed products purchased through separate online website links fall under the return policies of those websites, as they are separate entities from Beautiology. Those websites should be contacted if receiving a damaged product or returns.
