Marchelle Charles, a native New Yorker, always had a passion for making people look and feel beautiful. With her love for the arts from an early age, her mother knew her career would be doing something creative.

After graduating from Adelphi University in 2009, she attended Makeup Designory in NYC, a professional makeup artistry school. Several years after makeup freelancing, she decided to expand her knowledge and love for the skin. She attended NYIB on Long Island to educate herself on aesthetics.

Marchelle’s dreams were actualized when she opened her very own spa, Beautiology located in Mineola, New York. Little did she know after those first two years as a solo esthetician, she would expand her team and become a brick-and-mortar business owner.

It’s here in her little slice of paradise she offers everything from spray tans, bespoke facials, body treatments, makeup, and waxing. She has spent the last eight years building her empire as a spa CEO. When she isn’t at Beautiology she resides in Queens with her fiance and son. She loves to exercise, travel and spend quality time enjoying life with her family and friends.

Codi began her career in the beauty industry over 15 years ago with MAC Cosmetics as an artist and manager. Then expanded into teaching make-up. After learning and mastering the art of makeup she decided to combine her love for artistry and skincare to become a licensed NYS Esthetician. As makeup has always allowed her to indulge in her creative abilities, through aesthetics, she has discovered a deeper love and appreciation for the beauty of skincare. Not only does Codi bring her professionalism to Beautiology, but she also brings her true passion for all things beauty. Working in the beauty industry this long has taught her that everyone loves to be pampered and feel beautiful. Her talent and passion for knowledge in the ever-changing aesthetics industry ensure that she will be a delight to see at your next Beautiology experience.

Ro is New York State Licensed Esthetician. For many years, she’s worked as a medical assistant — and as amazing as that journey was she decided to follow her passion and switched to the aesthetics industry. Since as far as she can remember, skincare and beauty have always been shown as a priority. After struggling with acne as a teenager, she regularly visited an esthetician who helped her with her skin tremendously! It was during that time that she fell in love with aesthetics and was determined to help others feel and look their best [as her skin therapist did for her].
