Job Description: The Beauty Concierge is responsible for the sanctuary and reception area at the Beautiology Studio & Spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking in the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed. Additionally assists with transitional cleaning of beauty studio, sanctuary, and spa.  

This is a fast-paced shift, must be able to multitask. If you are a positive, uplifting, highly organized, and motivated individual with a passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service we would love to interview you to join our Beautiology team. Elite customer service is an absolute must for this position.

Here at Beautiology Studio & Spa, we are looking for an aesthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has great attention to detail, and loves working with people. Beautiology offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can look and feel their best. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

• Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Lash Lifts, and other beauty services

• Educating our clients on the best at home-care regimen for their skin

• Ensure each client receives a skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals

The position requires: 

• Comfort in marketing one’s services to attract new clients

• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

• Positive energy

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Outgoing, go-getter personality

The ideal candidate will be: 

• Have knowledge of Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, High Frequency, 

• Have an understanding of Image Skincare, Glymed, Skin Script, &  Le Mieux

• A self-starter who does not require micromanagement

• Comfortable with learning new client management systems

• Basic understanding of technology

• Reliable, responsible, accountable

• Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent

• Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning

This is a part-time position that must be able to work a flexible and non-traditional schedule - must have weekends, holidays, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability.
